SHARC General Funding Request Form

Advanced students, PDP participants, postdocs, staff, and faculty are required to complete and submit this form, together with all relevant supporting documentation, in order to request SHARC funds to support conference-related expenditures, costs associated with abstract/poster preparation and presentation, costs of publication, costs of membership in professional associations and/or professional development and training. All general funding requests will receive review and a response by the SHARC Director of Research Administration. It is suggested that you speak with your SHARC Mentor prior to submitting this form to discuss how the proposed request will both advance your research and enhance the SHARC mission of research, training, and/or community engagement.For use by Advanced SHARC Students, PDP Participants, Postdocs, Staff, and Faculty
