The SHARC Professional Development Program (PDP) is a structured training program for graduate students that supports professional growth through research, mentorship, networking, and community engagement. Participants gain valuable experience by attending educational seminars, developing research and leadership skills, collaborating with faculty and peers, and engaging in activities that prepare them for careers in research, academia, healthcare, and public health.
