On April 28th, the SHARC Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) met virtually to discuss current SHARC research projects and to plan for future research initiatives. The SAB, whose members are HIV and Alcohol subject matter experts drawn from across the country, guides the overall mission and aims of SHARC. At the 2020 Annual Meeting, the Board met with key SHARC faculty and staff to discuss the identification and prioritization of themes under consideration for P01 grant opportunities.
Strategy and planning conversations also took place around development and maintenance of the core infrastructure and organizational resources that support SHARC’s research, data sharing, and educational and training activities.
