Elie Haddad is a rising second-year medical student at the University of Florida College of Medicine and is participating in the NIH T35 Summer Research Program under the mentorship of Dr. Preeti Manavalan. His research project focuses on the qualitative analysis of how psychosocial factors, including stigma and social isolation, influence cardiovascular risk among people living with HIV.
