Recently, Dr. Pollack presented two posters at the Society for Epidemiologic Research in Austin, Texas. The first poster she presented was entitled, “A State-Wide Assessment of Dynamic Prediction Modeling Strategies for 30-day Postoperative Mortality in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).” For the second poster, Dr. Pollack presented on, “Dynamic Updating Strategies in Assessing Hospital Performance: A State-wide Assessment of Observed-to-Expected Mortality Ratios in Surgical Aortic Valve Replacements.”
