Dr. Cook received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990. After working as a mental health worker, she returned to UNC – Chapel Hill and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1996. In 2010, she completed her Master of Science in Public Health Nursing at the University of Florida, College of Nursing. Dr. Cook completed her PhD in Nursing Sciences with a minor in Public Health in 2013.
Contributions/Involvement: Dr. Cook is a core faculty memember and is the Project Lead for the Medical Monitoring Project (MMP)
